TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. SANCAFE LOYALTY PROGRAM OVERVIEW
These terms and conditions apply to your access to, and participation in the SanCafe Loyalty program
(SanCafe) which is operated by Adventist HealthCare Ltd (SanCafe). By providing your details and verifying your
email account and/or using your SanCafe Loyalty account you agree to these terms and conditions and to any
changes or modifications made to them from time to time.
There is a strict limit of one Account per person. Each Account requires an independent email address that
needs to be verified. An Account may only be used by the verified Member. Multiple individuals cannot share
one Member’s Points.
2. COLLECTION OF POINTS & REDEMPTION
2.1. Points can only be earned at the point of purchase either using the App or by providing your SanCafe
loyalty barcodes is scanned at the time of purchase.
2.2. Members cannot claim Points from past transactions or receipts.
2.3. Points are earned as follows: for every beverage purchased, you will earn a certain number of points
proportionate to the amount money spent. For example: if purchasing a regular size hot beverage
that costs $3.90, you will receive 39 points, to redeem a regular sized beverage you will require 390
points. The points earned ratio and redeemable items may be subject to change at any time.
2.4. Points earnt under the program cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable or
refundable. Points accrued in multiple accounts cannot be combined.
2.5. Points cannot be used as partial payment for purchase of items
2.6. Members can check their Points balance at any time by logging into their Account on the SanCafe
Loyalty website http://sancafe.redcatcloud.com.au or through the SanCafe App.
2.7. SanCafe Loyalty benefits and discounts are available, and Points are redeemable by either redeeming
at the time of online purchasing or by logging onto the system / App in person at the SanCafe
registers and presenting your account barcode for SanCafe staff to scan at time of purchase.
2.8. Accrued points cannot exceed 1000. If points accrued reaches 1000 patrons will be unable to accrue
any further until points are redeemed.
3. TRANSFER OF MANUAL CARD POINTS TO ONLINE ACCOUNT
3.1. Points from your physical paper card can be transferred to your registered online account. To
transfer the Points from your manual paper card to your online account please email
sancafe@sah.org.au
3.2. Paper cards will not be accepted after the 1
st January 2022
3.3. While SanCafe will make every effort to ensure that the full Points balance is transferred to your
online account, SanCafe will take no responsibility for any Points lost prior to transfer.
4. SANCAFE LOYALTY DETAILS
4.1. The SanCafe Loyalty account holder is responsible for ensuring that their details are correct at all
times, including contact details.
4.2. It is each Member’s responsibility to ensure that the correct number of Points has been added or
deducted for each eligible transaction.
4.3. SanCafe reserves the right to communicate with its members, who have opted in to receive
marketing material, to inform them of any upcoming marketing activities/promotions and/or offers.
4.4. Information collected from Members at the time of joining the Program is subject to the following:
SanCafe collects personal information from its Members in order to conduct the Program and may,
for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents,
contractors and service providers for technical troubleshooting only. SanCafe may, for an indefinite
period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity and
research purposes including sending messages or emails to the Member.
5. GENERAL
5.1. Your Points, benefits and your Account is personal to you, and except as expressly permitted under
these terms and conditions or the rules of a promotional program, may not be sold, transferred or
assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others.
5.2. SanCafe reserves the right to terminate your Account/membership and/or your participation in the
Program if SanCafe determines in its sole discretion that you have violated the terms and conditions
or that the use of your Account is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
5.3. SanCafe reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior
notice. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions and
you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
